Custom Order Process and Production:
How do I request a product quote?
You can request a product quote directly on the QW Direct website by visiting the product page and clicking the “Product Enquiry” button. Fill in the required details, and our team will get back to you promptly.
What is the typical production time?
Production time varies depending on the product and order size. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated production timeline.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Once everything is approved our production will commence, so any changes after that point may incur additional charges.

Artwork Requirements and Design:
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our design team can help you create or refine your artwork to make it production ready.
What file formats meet your Artwork Requirements?
We prefer high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS files. Please ensure all fonts are outlined and images are embedded.
How do I specify colours or attachment options for my design?
To ensure a perfect match for your brand, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for colours. You can view our full range of options, including PMS colours, plastic clips, and metal accessories, on our detailed reference charts.
Can I see a proof before production starts?
Absolutely. We provide digital proofs for your approval to ensure your artwork and design meet your expectations.
File Requirements:
What resolution should my files be?
For best results, files should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size.
Are there specific colour requirements?
We recommend using CMYK color mode for the most accurate colour reproduction. Typically we match colours against the PMS chart.
How should I prepare my files?
Make sure your files include a 1/8″ bleed and maintain a safe zone of at least 1/4″ from the edge for critical elements.
Shipping and Delivery:
What shipping options do you offer?
All orders are sent by standard courier. Expedited urgent shipping options are available upon request. We can not deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
All our quotes and orders include free delivery to most destinations globally. If you are unsure if we can deliver to where you are, please ask our customer service team.
Payments and Invoicing:
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and EFT.
When is payment due?
Most orders require full payment prior to production. In cases of larger orders or when an official company purchase order is received payment terms may vary accordingly.
Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Of course! Invoices are automatically generated on your order sign off page and / or emailed to your nominated email address.
