What is the manufacturer name and model of your existing phone system? If you have a hosted VoIP / cloud phone system, which company provides this service?

How Often do you wish to Update your On Hold Messages*

Please advise how many times per year you would like to update your on hold, voicemails, welcome greetings, IVR menus & after hours messages. From experience, we recommend updating your recordings at least two times a year in line with your other marketing, communication, seasonal and office closure changes. Typically clients use up 1 update allowance with their request to record an end of year office closure voicemail plus changes to the on hold messages from time to time.

Single or Multisite / Script Requirement*

Are you requiring your phone recordings to cover multiple or one office site? If multiple sites, please confirm how many, and if the recordings should be identical across all sites.

Our digital signage system has plenty of capacity to schedule lots of video content to play either on a section layered with other content on the screen or in full screen view. Each playback device can connect one or multiple screens at the same site playing identical content. Additional players are required for unique content on a different screen. In order to provide more details and pricing please answer the following questions.

How many Unique Screen Programs Required*

How many unique screen programs would be required at each display site? For example, if you have 6 display homes and the same screen content is required per display home then 6 x Evolved TV players would be adequate for 6 sites. If some or all sites are running different programs on different screens then additional Evolved TV systems would be required.

Preferred Management Option*

Self Managed (DIY) for all screen content via cloud login.
