The majority of our products are fully customised to your specific requirements. Due to the personalised nature of these goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. All sales of custom-made products are final.
Returns for Damaged or Faulty Goods (All Products)
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If any item (standard or custom) arrives damaged, faulty, or is significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
How to Request a Return for a Faulty Item:
- Please email us via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
- In your email, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
Return Postage Costs for Faulty Items:
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, QWDirect will cover the full cost of the return postage or replacement as required to rectify the situation. We will provide you with instructions to return the item to us.
