Soft PVC Patch
Please note: Embroidered and Fabric Woven Patches have a fabric background, which can be twill,velvet, felt, cloth etc. Embroidered Patch threads are raised from the surface and more thicker than Flat Fabric Woven Patches, so are less suited for high detailed designs. Woven and Printed labels have no fabric background, as they are produced with thinner threads only or just a straight print process. Flat Fabric Woven Patches are stitched with a continuous design to achieve finer detail in the design and text of the patch. Woven Patches also have a smooth surface with no raised texture due to the patch being woven into the base material. We recommend woven patches if you have a very detailed design and prefer not to show stitching joins between parts such as gaps between lettering. Please confirm the type you would like:
Preferred Logo Design Process

Raised Embossed Embroidery Stitched Logo (some minor stitching joins may be visible in gaps or between lettering for example)
Flat Fabric Woven Logo (suitable for more detailed designs and when minor stiching joins are not wanted)
